School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Williamsburg, VA

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school district in Williamsburg, Virginia. Full-time position, working with students to build skills that support success in the classroom and beyond.

Position Details:

• Location: Williamsburg, VA

• Setting: School-based

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday during school hours

• Start: Immediate or upcoming school year

• Caseload: K-12

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services

• Assist students in participating fully in school activities

• Work with teachers, parents, and staff to develop supportive strategies

• Manage evaluations, IEP writing, and monitor progress

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or higher

• Virginia OT license required

• Experience in pediatric/school environments preferred; new therapists welcome
