What You’ll Do
As a Barista at Ivy Cafe, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with precision and care.
- Providing friendly and attentive service to every customer.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating area.
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for great coffee and outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
