Audit Manager
Orange County, CA | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Full-Time | Top 300 CPA Firm
A well-established Top 300 CPA firm with offices in Southern California, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its Anaheim team. This role offers leadership opportunities, exposure to diverse industries, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits, reviews, and compilations across various industries
- Industries include: Manufacturing & Distribution, Real Estate, High-Net-Worth Individuals, Agriculture, Construction, Retail, & Non-Profit
- Prepare GAAP financial statements and disclosures
- Supervise and mentor audit staff
- Provide technical support and ensure compliance with GAAP/GAAS
- Build strong client relationships and support business development
- Participate in internal training and occasional travel
Qualifications:
- CPA license and Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting
- 5–7 years of public accounting audit experience
- Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and technical skills
- Experience with private companies, nonprofits, and benefit plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CCH Suite a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
