Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm | 1 Saturday per month | On-call rotation

In this Inside Sales Representative role at Woodard, you'll be one of the first voices a customer hears.
In this role, you'll guide customers from that first call through getting work scheduled. You'll handle a steady flow of inbound calls while also reaching out to generate new business.
It's a fast-moving environment where every conversation matters. Some calls are quick. Others take more time. The goal is the same. Understand what the customer needs, move things forward, and follow through.
What you'll own:
- Turning inbound inquiries into booked jobs
- Reaching out to generate new opportunities
- Identifying upsell and recurring service opportunities
- Scheduling work in a way that makes sense for both the customer and the team
- Keeping clean, accurate notes so nothing gets missed
You'll do well here if you:
- Enjoy being on the phone and are comfortable leading conversations
- Like to win, but not at the expense of the customer experience
- Stay organized and follow up without being reminded
- Can move quickly without losing attention to detail
- Stay steady and focused when things get busy
What you need:
- 2+ years of retail, direct sales, or customer-facing sales experience
- Confidence on the phone and the ability to guide a conversation toward a clear next step
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
