Medical Assistant (MA)
Location: Naples, Florida
Schedule:

Hours: Tuesday - Friday- 7am - 5:30pm
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team in Naples, Florida. This role supports both clinical and front office operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and committed to a team-based approach to healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:

Measure and record vital signs (weight, height, blood pressure, etc.)

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR, including patient interviews, histories, treatments, and test results

Assist providers during patient examinations
-
Perform routine screening tests, as permitted
-
Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
-
Prepare and administer ordered injectable medications and immunizations
-
Change dressings, apply bandages, remove sutures, and perform basic first aid procedures
Administrative / Front Office Duties:

Patient check-in and check-out
-
Collect payments and manage electronic scheduling

Assist with patient registration and referrals (internal and external)
Operational Responsibilities:

Maintain and restock medical supplies and equipment
-
Sterilize instruments and ensure proper infection control procedures

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and organizational information in compliance with federal and state regulations

Participate in professional development and maintain relevant certifications/affiliations
-
Support preventative healthcare initiatives and a collaborative care model
Additional Requirements

Ability to travel between locations, if required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred

Prior experience in a clinical setting

Familiarity with EMR systems
