Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment solutions is assisting a company near Vernon Hills with a temporary accounting clerk role. This is a long term temporary role and onsite.
Responsibilities:
Update customer information to ensure correct billing
Ensure customer orders are accurate
Follow up with customers regarding accounts and orders
Communicate with customers and internal employees to resolve discrepancies
Review customer contracts and details and process any updates
Required:
Prior experience in accounting, data entry or customer service
Must be very details and accurate
Ability to manage deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Pay: $20-$22/hour
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
