Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding phone, text, and email communication with customers with the goal of setting service appointments

Maintain accurate records, reporting, and follow-up using multiple technology platforms

Assist with administrative and organizational tasks to keep operations running smoothly

Preferred Experience
