Compensation:
$90,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrative, patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols that align with evidence-based practices and holistic wellness.
- Oversee patient care plans, ensuring they are comprehensive and tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
- Engage with the community to promote the studio's services and holistic health initiatives effectively.
- Oversee and grow our IV Nutrient Medicine program.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years practicing as an ND.
- Active ND license in WA State.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams with a focus on integrative, patient-centered care.
- Ability to develop and implement clinical protocols that align with evidence-based practices and holistic wellness.
- Proven track record of overseeing comprehensive and individualized patient care plans.
- Strong collaboration skills to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
- Experience in community engagement to effectively promote holistic health initiatives and services.
- Interest and availability to work on-site in Vancouver, WA, full-time.
