Job Posting: Manufacturing Assembly Operator
Location: Whitestown, IN
Position: Manufacturing Assembly Operator
Pay: $17-19
Shift: 1st shift and 3rd shift - 12 hour day, 2-2-3 days
1st 7:00am-7:30pm
3rd 7:00pm-7:30am
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and label parts.
- Prepare parts for venting.
- Assemble brackets.
- Deburr and de-flash parts.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with ongoing construction.
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (35 lbs. independently, 35-50 lbs. with assistance or devices).
- Skills and Experience:
-
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Up to one year of related experience or training. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to use small electric tools (drills, nut drivers, cutters).
- Strong ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
- Vision Requirements:

- Must have close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
