We are seeking motivated individuals with or without manufacturing experience to join a growing production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering paid training, advancement opportunities.. - Load and unload small parts into production machines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform general material handling and warehouse duties
- Inspect finished products to meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet production expectations
- Ability to follow quality control and safety procedures
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing experience is welcome but not required
