Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support a K-12 educational environment in Chicago, IL. This contract position spans the current school year and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in students academic and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support student well-being and academic success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to behavioral intervention planning
- Monitor and report on student progress and effectiveness of interventions
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure appropriate for the state
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention techniques
- Excellent munication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle a diverse caseload
