Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Shoreline, Washington. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations by handling administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
• Enter and update data accurately into systems while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Provide administrative office support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation to ensure accessibility.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff.
• Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects as needed.• At least 2 years of experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing receptionist tasks effectively.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Familiarity with administrative office procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
