<h3>Job Description</h3>
We are representing an established General Contractor in their search for a Drywall Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the Greater Bay Area.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Direct and oversee all aspects of drywall construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting and quality control</li>
<li>Assess risks and establish contingency plans as required</li>
<li>Ensure all projects are delivered within schedule and budget</li>
<li>Establish and maintain relationships Clients, Architects, Engineers </li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in project management for overseeing drywall construction projects from concept to close-out</li>
<li>Proficiency with Project Management software</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship building skills</li>
</ul>
