Compensation of $40/hour plus Variable Shift Incentives

Minimum of 12 hours required every 90 days

Position Overview:
Are you looking for a flexible Registered Nurse role with incentives? You can choose between day or night shifts based on your preference! There are no mandatory weekend, holiday, or shift commitments. Participation in the Gig Nursing Program entails being responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being available on short notice, and being adaptable to last-minute shift cancellations. Please note that the Gig Nursing Program does not guarantee shift hours and will be prioritized for cancellations.

- Facility C - South St. Louis County, MO
- Facility D - Washington, MO
- Facility E - Troy, MO
- Facility F - Perryville, MO
- Facility G - Cape Girardeau, MO
- Facility H - Dexter, MO
Qualifications:
Required Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure:
It is your responsibility to obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license, ensuring compliance with all state nursing board requirements.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of recent bedside RN experience is required for Medical-Surgical roles. For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), at least two years of recent, specialty-specific bedside RN experience is necessary.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software.
Certifications:
For Medical-Surgical, Behavioral Health, and Women’s Health (L&D, NICU, M&B) - Basic Life Support (BLS)
For Critical Care - BLS and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Additional certifications may be required post-hire.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged standing and walking during each shift
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to perform job duties
