Administration Tasks & Duties

Pay invoices by verifying transaction information; schedule and prepare disbursements; obtain authorization ofpayment
-
Obtain revenue by verifying transaction information; compute charges and refunds; prepare and mail invoices; identify delinquent accounts and insufficientpayments
-
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information andtrends
-
Maintain accounting ledgers by posting accounttransactions
-
Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issue stop payments, payments, oradjustments
-
Maintain financial security by following internal accountingcontrols
-
Maintain financial historical records by filing accountingdocuments
-
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results asneeded
Administration Shift Info

Day Shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Monday - Friday
Administration Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
-
Administration experience preferred
-
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
-
Able to work in the US
-
Experience in Bookkeeping
-
Knowledge of general accounting principles
-
Four-yeardegree in accounting
-
Able to work with littlesupervision
-
Experience withQuickBooksis preferred
-
Able to pass a backgroundcheck

Able to work in the US.
