Job DescriptionLending Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)
? Location: Fairfield, NJ (Onsite)
? Pay: $35–$45/hr (based on experience)
A leading financial institution in Fairfield, NJ is seeking an experienced Lending Specialist to support commercial lending operations from approval through closing and servicing. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role offering excellent growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, clients, and lenders.

Manage the loan pipeline and ensure timely closings.

Review and coordinate loan documentation and due diligence.

Partner with operations on booking, funding, payments, and reconciliations.

Identify and resolve issues to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications:

5–7 years of experience as a Lending Assistant or Loan Processor.

Strong Microsoft Office skills; nCino experience a plus.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or C&I loan documentation preferred.
