Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age‑appropriate lessons and activities
- Support children’s social and emotional development
- Observe, document, and assess children's progress
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
- Encourage positive behavior and conflict‑resolution skills
- Collaborate with staff to support overall program goals

Education & Experience
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- CPR and First Aid certification (often required)
- Experience working with young children in a care or educational setting
