Are you an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide? Do you work on the floor at a hospital, rehab, or skilled facility?

Has your overtime been cut back? Want a supplemental job where you work 1:1 with seniors? Want a second job that is not as physically taxing? Want to connect with the senior you are with, instead of running from buzzer to buzzer?

Palliative Personal Care is looking for skilled and experienced CNAs, PCAs, HHAs to provide compassionate and reliable support to our seniors who are in transition, returning from rehab or in hospice care. Nursing students are also welcome to apply!

We offer a unique 1:1 care model, which allows you to focus on one senior at a time, ensuring that you can concentrate on providing the highest-quality care. This approach helps prevent burnout and allows for a more meaningful connection with our seniors. It also allows us to offer longer shifts for you with one client a day!

Pay: $22-$23/hr - MUST LIVE IN MIDDLESEX OR NORFOLK COUNTIES FOR THIS PAY RATE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shifts: Per-diem

Requirements: (Those without these requirements WILL be declined.)

  • 18 years or older
  • Current CNA, HCA or PCA certification
  • Nursing students need to have completed clinicals
  • Must have professional references to confirm your technical skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable vehicle with auto insurance
  • Willing to perform shifts within a 30 minute drive of your home

Flexible Shifts: You can let us know when you're available, and we will make sure to accommodate your schedule.

Referral bonus: As an employee, if you refer a new hire, you will receive a bonus after that new employee successfully performs the required number of hours.

Overtime availability: overtime (x1.5), holiday pay (x1.5), state medical leave, state family leave, and employee discount programs are available.
