Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Work closely with students, educators, and families to encourage growth and well-being across several supportive, vibrant school communities in the scenic mountain areas nearby. This full-time role, scheduled Monday through Thursday, allows for a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.

In this position, you’ll share your expertise with diverse student populations, providing vital psychological and counseling services alongside other caring professionals like counselors and social workers. Serving the communities of Idaho Springs, Evergreen, and Black Hawk, you’ll foster an environment where all students can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work (with relevant certification or licensure)
  • Experience working in PreK-12 educational settings is highly preferred
  • Background in assessment, data collection, and development of interventions for behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Compassion and a genuine commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct counseling and psychological services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support plans
  • Advocate for mental health awareness and social-emotional learning within the school community
