Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth throughout Southern California. This role includes developing new business, managing existing relationships, and promoting specialty coating solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans • Prospect and secure new customers • Maintain existing client relationships • Conduct product demos and presentations • Monitor market trends and report insights • Provide technical product support • Manage CRM pipeline and proposals
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B sales experience (coatings/construction preferred) • Proven sales performance • Strong communication and relationship skills • Bachelor's degree preferred • Valid driver's license and travel ability
