Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Location: Blue Ash, Ohio Compensation: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, 1st shift 6:30am-3:30pm (Must be flexible for varied shifts and occasional overtime)

We are searching for a highly adaptable and motivated Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to be the backbone of our inventory flow in Blue Ash, OH. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a dynamic environment and is comfortable with a wide variety of tasks beyond standard receiving. If you have strong computer skills, take pride in inventory accuracy, and embrace flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving Mastery: Accurately process and verify all incoming and outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, staging, and generating required carrier documentation (BOLs/labels).
- Inventory Control & Cycle Counts: Conduct routine cycle counts, investigate all inventory discrepancies, and ensure proper stock organization using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Computer and Data Entry: Utilize proven proficiency with computers and inventory software for efficient data entry, reconciliation, and managing electronic records.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be willing and able to perform a wide variety of assigned duties daily, including general labor, moving materials, and facility cleanliness/organization.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times while adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment (Shipping, Receiving, or Inventory).
Strong competency with computers, inventory systems, and basic math calculations.
