Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Michigan is seeking six licensed School Psychologists for onsite contract positions within multiple school locations, including Airport, Dundee, Monroe, Jefferson, Bedford, and Whiteford. These roles are based in Canton, MI, with work primarily serving K-12 students. The contract duration extends from ASAP through May 22, 2026, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans
  • Provide counseling and support services to students
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist in developing educational plans
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
  • Support student behavioral and academic success through data-driven strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist license (verification required via the Michigan Department of Education public credential search)
  • Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
  • Strong understanding of special education laws and assessment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite at multiple school locations
