Location: Winter Springs, FL
Pay: Highly competitive + bonuses + year-round steady work
Job Type: Full-time, permanent – because plumbing never takes a vacation
What You’ll Do:
As one of our Service Plumbers, you’ll be the go-to pro for both routine and tricky plumbing challenges. Your day-to-day may include:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply lines for kitchens, baths, and laundry rooms
- Handling DWV (drain, waste, vent) systems – proper slope, cleanouts, and code-compliant installs
- Performing leak detection and piping repairs/installations
- Installing and servicing tank and tankless water heaters
- Conducting backflow prevention testing and repairs (certification a plus)
- Diagnosing and resolving issues like low water pressure, water hammer, and ghost flushing
- Installing and replacing fixtures: toilets, sinks, faucets, bathtubs, garbage disposals, shower valves, and more
- Performing sewer line inspections, repairs, and replacements (camera work experience is a plus)
- Responding to emergency plumbing calls, including some after-hours work (with extra pay)
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, specs, and codes to ensure compliant installations
- Maintaining accurate job records of work performed and materials used
- Explaining plumbing issues to customers
- Keeping your company truck, tools, and equipment clean and in top shape
- And yes—sometimes chuckling at homeowner “repairs” before fixing them the right way

What You Bring:
- 8+ years plumbing experience (more = better)
- Journeyman license (or working toward one)
- Solid knowledge of plumbing codes & jobsite safety
- Experience in both service and new construction/rough-ins
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read blueprints & use diagnostic tools
- Pride in your work, attention to detail, and clear communication
- A sense of humor – because sometimes the pipes win (for a minute)
