Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification (credential required prior to start)
  • Experience supporting students with a variety of needs in K-12 settings
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring

  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills with students, families, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and adapt lessons for students with special needs in accordance with IEP goals
  • Track student progress and maintain compliant records/documentation
  • Participate actively in parent meetings, eligibility conferences, and multidisciplinary team consultations
  • Use creative approaches to classroom engagement and inclusive instruction
  • Work closely with general education staff to maximize student inclusion
  • Foster a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment
