Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and welcoming Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to be the face of our clinic. You will manage front desk operations, support the doctor with patient flow, and ensure an exceptional wellness experience. This is a part-time role with an opportunity to become full-time. We will train the right person!
Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience: Greet patients, manage the schedule, answer calls/texts, and handle check-ins/check-outs.

Clinic Operations: Collect payments, manage billing records, and maintain accurate EHR files.

Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, assist with patient flow, and help set up passive therapies under the doctor's supervision.

Growth: Promote wellness packages, recovery services, and retail products to patients.
Qualifications

Previous medical billing/administrative experience is preferred.

Proficiency with social media marketing is preferred.

Exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and great with kids!

Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
