Job DescriptionCustomer Call Center Representative - ExperiencedWestbrook, CT | $25/hour (call center experience required)A.R. Mazzotta is hiring an experienced Customer Call Center Representative to join a busy high-volume call center team in the Westbrook area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting customers, thrive in a fast-paced phone environment, and can confidently manage a steady flow of inbound calls while providing professional, accurate service.This is a temporary opportunity with potential for full-time hire for the right individual.Quick Requirements – Please Review Before Applying

  • Recent call center or high-volume inbound customer service experience required
  • Comfortable handling multiple inbound calls throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer navigation and accurate data entry skills

This position is best suited for individuals with call center or phone-based customer support experience. Schedule

  • Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
  • Training period requires onsite attendance Monday – Friday (up to 3 months)
  • After training, potential hybrid schedule with remote work Mondays and Fridays

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Assist customers with billing questions, service requests, transfers, payments, and account inquiries
  • Review and interpret customer records, service history, and billing information
  • Enter accurate notes and updates into internal systems while speaking with customers
  • Generate reports and access account information as needed
  • Coordinate with field service teams to support customer needs
  • Provide backup reception coverage in regional offices when needed
  • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and assist with additional projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of recent call center experience
  • Ability to handle multiple inbound calls per shift while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and standard office software
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
