Zal Industrial is a family-owned distributor of fasteners, tools, and industrial supplies serving Southern California for over 40 years. We are looking for an Order Entry & Account Management professional with fastener industry experience to support our sales team with customer orders. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Order Entry & Customer Support: Enter and review customer quotes, orders, and updates with accuracy while communicating directly with buyers and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.

Product Knowledge & Item Accuracy: Use fastener product expertise to verify SKUs, propose alternatives, and support customers in selecting correct parts while helping maintain accurate product and pricing data.

Account Management & Internal Coordination: Serve as a primary contact for customers, supporting the sales team with quotes, stock checks, and order updates while collaborating with purchasing and warehouse teams.

Process Support & Documentation: Maintain clean order records and follow standardized workflows while helping identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications

Required: 1–3+ years of experience in the fastener or industrial supply industry.

Strong working knowledge of screws, nuts, bolts, anchors, and related hardware.

ERP experience

High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
