In this role, you will not only showcase your exceptional repair and diagnostic skills across major appliance brands but also play a pivotal role in training and leading our team of junior technicians.

**Responsibilities:**

- Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliance issues across various major brands.
- Perform seal system repairs and maintenance tasks with precision.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Oversee daily operations in the service department.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
- Actively promote and upsell additional services and products, earning sales commissions.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience as an Appliance Technician.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing appliances from various major brands.
- Expertise in seal system repairs.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Compensation:**

- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $28 to $38, commensurate with experience.
- Sales commission for successful upselling of services and products.
