Job DescriptionFulfillment Associate – 1st Shift Location: Naperville, IL Pay Rate: $16/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM We’re currently hiring for a Fulfillment Associate to support payroll package preparation and distribution in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, quality control, and operational consistency. Key Responsibilities: Assemble payroll packages based on client numbers and prep for timely delivery Confirm package contents and complete checklists to ensure tracking accuracy and security Follow all audit and security protocols to safeguard sensitive client information Monitor for missing or incorrect outputs and escalate issues promptly Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on distribution equipment Manage and stage packaging supplies to maintain workflow readiness Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and short correspondence Basic computer literacy Strong multitasking skills without compromising quality Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable, hands-on work with a structured schedule and strong operational focus.
