Customer Service/Office Support blended role. 2+ yrs prior experience in Customer Service in an office. Insurance experience a plus. Good job stability in prior positions is needed.
Position handles Inbound/outbound phones, emails, handled questions for endorsements, policy applications/information, payments, etc. Company works with an all digital application process for their customers. Outlook, Excel, and Word competency
Business is commercial insurance services. 40% of day is the phone/customer contact. Detail-oriented, accurate, and helpful demeanor. IN PERSON, NOT REMOTE. M-F 8:30a-5pm.
Office Customer Service experience is necessary for the role, and company will consider customer service in Retail, Restaurant, Banking, Automotive, and other Corporate offices. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
$21/hr
Option to pay into a group health plan once hired as a regular employee, holiday/sick/vacation pay eligibility
