Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and clarity, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage and track maintenance and repair requests for company properties, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and updates in the system.
• Handle outbound calls to follow up with customers and confirm service completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of repair and maintenance tasks.
• Provide detailed information about services and processes to customers when required.
• Monitor and prioritize service requests to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Utilize order entry systems to document and process service requests accurately.
• Assist in improving customer service protocols by providing feedback and suggestions.
• Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and maintain a positive client experience.• Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls.
