Job DescriptionPunch and Turret Press Operator

We are seeking a Punch and Turret Press Operator for our client in Aerospace component manufacturing. This individual is responsible for setting up and operating punch press or turret press equipment in a fast‑paced aerospace job shop, ensuring all parts are produced to engineering drawings and AS9100 quality standards. The role requires precise blueprint reading, accurate use of measuring tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Operators must prepare and set up tooling, follow routing instructions, and maintain consistent, high‑quality output in a high‑demand production environment. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based out of Corona, CA. Monday – Friday. 7:00AM – 3:30PM.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Blueprint reading
• Computer literate is a plus
• Experience using tools such as Micrometers and Calipers
• Experience setting up punch press, pancake dies, and progressive dies

Job Duties:

• Assembling punch press, pancake dies, and progressive dies.
• Operate Punch Press.
• Set each job up based on Routing Report instructions and job engineering drawings.
• Pull tooling and prepare setup to utilize assigned tooling to complete each job.
• Ability to read Routing Report instructions and carry out directions as necessary.
• Work in an efficient and timely manner, multitasking where necessary.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
