Responsibilities
Connect with local families and businesses to discuss their current coverage and future goals.
Design personalized insurance packages that provide genuine security and value.
Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and address their specific concerns.
Maintain accurate client records to ensure every policy stays current and well-supported.
Work closely with the office team to refine our approach and reach our collective milestones.
Look for creative ways to expand our presence in the Lusby community.
Requirements
Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Solid track record in sales or client-facing roles.
Clear and articulate verbal communication style.
High level of comfort using digital tools and office software.
Ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong background in building and maintaining professional relationships.
