A K-12 school in OFallon, MO, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide essential support to students in a dynamic educational environment.

Location: OFallon, MO
Duration: Contract for the 2025-2026 school year (ASAP 5/22/26)
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week (7 hours per day)
Caseload: 30-60 students weekly, depending on individual needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy goals tailored to student needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings alongside educators and staff
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students across K-12 grades
• Evaluate student progress regularly and submit quarterly reports on goal attainment
• Create and manage a therapy schedule that efficiently supports caseload requirements
• Consult with teachers and staff as needed to support student progress and integration

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure appropriate for school settings
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational environments
• Strong munication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage a varying caseload and maintain detailed documentation
