1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm

2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Doc Prep: $18 - $21 DOE

Immediate Opening for Document Scanning / Document prep

Qualifications for Document prep are as follows:

Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to identify and sort various and specific type of documents
Good eyesight
Ability to sit or stand for long periods
Quality Conscience
Attendance
Doc prep is the process to get paper documents/files ‘scanner ready’.
It consists of removing staples, paperclips, sticky notes, etc.

Pages that are smaller than 81⁄2” x 11”need to be taped onto a letter sized carrier sheet.

Details or jobs below

You will be opening file boxes take papers out of the box, they could be dusty depending on where they were stored. you will be responsible to take off paperclips, staples, sticky notes, taping torn pages and fixing and edges that are folded. the goal is the get the documents nice and clean to run through a high speed scanner.

Experienced scanning operators will have exp with Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon

We would like to interview ASAP for 1st or 2nd shift for Document Scanning if you have Experience with high-speed scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon preferred) let us know. if exp high speed document scanner pay rate will be adjusted based on your experience.
