Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Arlington, TX. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry of orders, processing and tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for communicating and processing rental agreements, handling vendor inquiries, and providing excellent customer service by answering phones and addressing client needs. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be expected to maintain comprehensive files on all orders and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of administrative experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Data Entry skills
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
