Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or high-volume setting
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team
• Strong operational skills in managing inventory, staffing, and daily service execution
• Ability to analyze P&L reports and apply cost-control strategies
• Must lead from the floor and foster a consistently positive guest experience
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience with scheduling platforms, inventory systems, or vendor coordination
