Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Must possess a G License from the NC Department of Public Instruction
- License from the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Compassion and patience when working with students of varied backgrounds and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and oversee individualized plans for students, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Offer expert guidance and advice on communication strategies and interventions for teachers and caregivers
- Maintain all required documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Contribute to a positive learning environment, advocating for students’ communication needs
