Manufacturing Operations Specialist – Dispensary / ISO8

Responsible for managing dispensary and ISO8 area tasks, including kitting, material flow, inventory control, and supporting core manufacturing functions.

Key Duties:

• Follow all SOPs, work procedures, and batch records to ensure accuracy and “Right First-Time” compliance.
• Maintain accurate SAP/MES inventories and keep manufacturing support areas audit-ready.
• Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance as per SOPs.
• Report compliance or safety issues and assist in their resolution.
• Use systems like LIMS, SAP, and MES proficiently.
• Support cycle counts and contribute to site projects.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and processing of materials.
• Ensure accuracy of GMP and non-GMP inventory, including LN2 storage.

Dispensary / ISO8 Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventories and proper segregation/storage of materials.
• Ensure Kanban system accuracy and consumption per FEFO/FIFO.
• Complete and respond promptly to kitting requests; monitor kits for expired materials.
• Maintain adequate gowning supplies and non-BOM items in the dispensary.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Experience handling chemicals including corrosives and biohazardous materials.
