<li>Banquet experience a must</li>
<li>Working position</li>
<li>Ordering/inventory</li>
<li>Understand volume cooking</li>
<li>Understands vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free cooking</li>
<li>ServSafe manager certification</li>
<li>Scheduling</li>
