Overview:
In this role, you will apply the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. You will hold professional accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients and assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate patient care is essential. Upholding patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information are key responsibilities. Position Details:Sign-On Bonus:
- Graduate Nurse (less than 1 year of RN experience): $5,000
- Experienced Nurse (1+ years RN experience): $10,000
Position: Cardiac Cath Lab RN
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Days
Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028
Qualifications:Education:
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Experience:
Preferred experience includes Critical Care RN or Procedural RN roles.
Licensure:
It is your responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN license in the state of employment, including any compact licensure, and to fulfill all requirements set by the state board of nursing.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
