The Weatherspoon Agency is expanding and looking for motivated individuals interested in a remote career opportunity helping families review supplemental benefit options through virtual appointments.
This role is best suited for someone who is coachable, professional, comfortable communicating with people, and open to following a structured system for training, client conversations, and career development.
What You'll Do:
- Meet with families virtually through scheduled appointments
- Review benefit options and help clients understand available programs
- Follow a proven communication and presentation process
- Attend training, coaching, and team development sessions
- Build strong follow-up habits and professional communication skills
- Work toward personal production goals and potential leadership growth
What We Look For:
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable phone, computer, internet, and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Coachability and consistency
Sales, customer service, leadership, insurance, or coaching experience is helpful but not required
Licensing:
Some candidates may already hold an active life insurance license. Others may be considered if they are willing to complete the licensing process. Licensing, onboarding, and carrier approval requirements will be reviewed during the interview process.
Compensation:
This is a performance-based opportunity with commission and bonus potential. It is not a traditional hourly or salaried W2 position. Earnings vary based on activity, consistency, training completion, client appointments, and production.
