Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the Finance manager will play an integral part of the ACP team, you will be responsible for management and oversight of multiple funds. Fund structures include closed-end structures, parallel fund vehicles, and co-investment vehicles. Additionally, you will lead a team of offshore accountants as well as manage relationships with third-party administrators, independent auditors, and external tax preparers. Key Duties / Responsibilities:
• Review all annual and quarterly financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure the accuracy of quarterly NAV packages prepared by internal and external fund administrators by reviewing the allocations of income, expenses, gains, and losses to limited partners, including the review of management fees and distribution waterfall calculations.
• Cash management of funds (cash forecasts, capital calls, and distributions).
• Prepare responses to limited partners related inquiries.
• Prepare limited partners related communications.
• Coordination with the funds’ independent auditors, tax preparers, custodians, fund administrators.
• Ensure fund activities are in compliance with fund governing documents.
• Performing other tasks as required Qualifications:
• 5-7 years’ experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
• Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other comprehensive basis of accounting • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
