Job Responsibilities
- Support Production Lines: Use your mechanical aptitude to provide essential support for our critical production lines. You'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment is always ready for operation.
- CMMS Management: Utilize our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule and track maintenance tasks, manage work orders, and maintain a detailed record of all mechanical repairs and inspections. Your expertise with CMMS will be crucial for optimizing our maintenance processes.
- Organizational Skills: You will need strong organizational skills to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously. This includes coordinating with multiple departments, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring all necessary parts and tools are available.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our maintenance, production, and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment status within the CMMS.
Top Skills and Qualifications
- Proven mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Extensive experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production facility is highly preferred.
