Schedule
Rotating shift:

Week 1: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Week 2: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
- Must also be able to work flexible hours based on business needs.
Your Impact
Play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly by supporting manufacturing operations, material handling, and waste management.
What You’ll Do

Support waste and scrap handling, including baling and material disposition

Load/unload trucks and organize materials with Inventory Control

Collect and move broke/waste materials, pallets, and packaging supplies

Assist with machine and trimmer operations as needed

Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other mobile equipment

Perform housekeeping and general facility cleanup

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Receive training to grow into higher-level production roles
What We’re Looking For

Ability to safely operate mobile equipment

Physically capable of lifting, moving, and handling materials regularly

Commitment to working safely and following procedures

Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule and adjust to business needs
Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility. Safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes are required at all times.
