We are a small, in-home, CPA firm. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payrolls and payroll reports for our clients. Assisting with answering phones, data entry and assisting our clients with customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payrolls and payroll reports
- Additionally, responsibilities could include monthly financial statement preparations for small monthly clients
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel, QuickBooks and Peachtree
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
$36,000 yearly
Full-time: 40 hours a week
