ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Administrative Assistant – Ops works under the direction of the Senior Manager of Operations (SMO) and provides administrative support to the Operations management team.


The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant – Ops is to provide administrative support to the Senior Manager of Operations and the Operations Department, respond to internal records requests and FOIAs, assist with scheduling functions and other administrative tasks for the Operations Department.


Essential functions include, but not limited to: preparing meeting agendas, packets, and minutes; managing the schedule of all Operations personnel; process Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests and internal records requests; photocopy projects; and paperwork/records compliance. QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have two (2) years’ experience in receptionist, clerical, or secretarial duties with proficiencies in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). A high school diploma or equivalent is required.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a public safety, municipal, county or local government environment desirable.
