Overview
How would you like to be an integral part of a tight-knit team within a fast paced and stimulating work environment? We are currently looking for a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a strong desire to learn and great customer service attitude to join our small but dedicated team located in the Sacramento Pocket Area!
As a RDA, you perform a wide range of task to help the dentist provide dental care for patients.

Work Hours

Tues. - Fri. 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Sat. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (twice a month)

Responsibilities

Must possess an incredible work ethic, confidence, and be trustworthy.

Reliable, dependable, and punctual regarding work schedule.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Take dental x-rays, record vital signs, and comprehend patients' chief discomfort.

Help prepare patients for a procedure and supporting the dentist in patients' treatment records.

Providing post-op care instruction and schedule future visits.

Practice infection control to prevent or stop the spread of infection.

Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Perform various office tasks as necessary.

Collaborate with the Practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.

Strong knowledge of computers and ability to learn new programs.

Preferred: Bilingual: English & Spanish/Mandarin
Requirements
-
California RDA license, x-ray certification, coronal polish certificate & Basic Life Support Certificate are a must. At Least one year of chairside assisting experience.

Coursework/Training - Satisfactory completion of an accredited dental assisting program or comparable work experience which satisfies licensing requirements.

Coursework/Training - Training in infection control and OSHA standards
