We are seeking motivated construction laborers and carpenters to support the assembly and build-out of modular trailer units in a manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on construction work using hand and power tools to perform repetitive installations across multiple trailer models.
Candidates will receive on-the-job training and are expected to become self-sufficient once trained. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and build modular trailer units according to specifications
- Perform repetitive installation tasks across various unit models
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and work from basic blueprints or work instructions
- Maintain quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Required Skills
- Basic construction or carpentry experience
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a production team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with framing or construction labor
- OSHA 10 or other safety training (preferred, not required)
- Ability to interpret basic blueprints or diagrams

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bartlett, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
