Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare detailed variance analyses, forecasts, and reports for management, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Utilize NetSuite to manage budgeting, reporting, and financial systems, optimizing processes within the platform.
  • Contribute to financial modeling and support budgeting efforts across departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects related to financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Experience: 4-6years of financial analysis experience, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and modeling.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel is required; experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to present complex data in an accessible way.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
